Job title: Lawn Maintenance Team Member
Pay range: $17 - $20/hour
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time; Flexible scheduling available
Position Summary:
YardSmart Services is looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our lawn maintenance team. We are hiring full-time and part-time Lawn Maintenance Team Members to help maintain residential and commercial properties throughout Macomb County. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and want to grow with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial lawn mowers to mow residential and commercial properties.
- Perform string trimming around trees, fences, landscaping, and other obstacles.
- Edge sidewalks, driveways, and landscape beds for a clean, professional appearance.
- Install mulch in landscape beds to improve appearance and plant health.
- Complete spring and fall yard cleanups, including leaf removal, debris cleanup, pruning, and property preparation.
- Perform general outdoor labor, including lifting, loading, and unloading materials and equipment.
- Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Work efficiently as part of a team while following company safety procedures.
- Provide reliable, high-quality service with attention to detail.

We are hiring full-time and part-time Lawn Maintenance Crew Leads to help maintain residential and commercial properties throughout Macomb County. Responsibilities
As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead, your duties include all listed responsibilities for the team member position with the following additions:
- Oversee and manage your assigned lawn maintenance crew.
- Deliver excellent customer service to customers and answer any questions in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain crew timeliness when during the completion of daily assigned routes.
- Maintain accurate time clock for job completion throughout the workday.
- Communicate with Lawn Maintenance Manager or General Manager as needed for job/property consultation(s) and other immediate job-related needs.
- Monitor crew adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
